        Always happy with haircut and colour at Balayage my hairdresser is lovely but the owner/receptionist ruins the service. I ring to book and confirm price but when it comes to paying at the end of my appt, she ALWAYS tries to charge more than agreed, an extra 5 or 10. I have to haggle to the already agreed price. It's tiring and unprofessional. If she does it one more time, I'm not going back. Also only accepts cash, which seems a bit sketchy in this day and age.
