        Normal for silk wears Scratches all over metal parts- I know I had to sign for it but it looks like they didnt make any efforts to protect metals. I know I used other dry cleaning they all take care of my delicate metal or leather with tapes so no damage but this one, it almost look like they deliberately scratched and left dents. Go elsewhere for delicate clothes

        Worst experience Ive ever had with a dry cleaners. They destroyed two of my reformation dresses (300 each). They sent it for re-cleaning and returned it in the same state. Awful customer service and a very officious man at head office. No refund for the dry cleaning or money for the dresses theyve destroyed- dont waste your money or time with them.
