A really efficient GP surgery. Good doctors and large backup team.

My 3 year old son developed rash after a vaccination for the 3 year and 4 months booster. The leaflet that came with the vaccination said if rash develops you should contact the doctor immediately. I called the Wimbledon Village Surgery and the receptionist advised to take photos and send them to their general email address including my sons name and date of birth. I did so and received a auto generated reply email saying that Email messages are dealt with in strict order of arrival. One week later there is still no reply.

Its impossible to get urgent appointments when you are actually Ill The surgery has become a referral service for the NHS I have been with this surgery for 35 years and its gone down hill terribly It is excellent at selling you flue jabs for which they get paid but if you will need to know two to three weeks in advance when you will be ill or you will not get seen or treated This is occurring when the waiting room is constantly empty

Worst surgery i've ever been to. Some doctors treat you like you're wasting their time. The lack of care has led to a close contact becoming sick, an illness which could have been avoided if they did their job properly.
