        Shop keeper very unhelpful,went to collect a parcel,I gave him the slip what UPS left me I show him the slip,he said I need a email address for bar code,I said sorry 1.did not get a email 2.there was a bar code on the slip but shop keeper said that no I need a email address,I said can you just look as I don't know who sent me the parcel,he said I have 100 parcels,the shop was not busy I ask again as the parcel only arrived the day before in the evening,he said no in a very rude attitude,I will never go in that shop again

        I had a parcel being delivered very unhappy with the service I received very short abrupt rude mannerism I encountered Refusal to be helpful I changed my delivery to be delivered elsewhere Not good service for my experience and wont be using the shop again
