Went there after two years, so sad to see it in a worse condition to what it was. The ground is in a terrible state, head stones knocked down. It's disgusting, sometimes people should take more pride around them.

Quite remarkable. Wandering around the church and reminents of the old village is like stepping back into a long forgotten time before Dagenham became the notorious crime ridden slab of urban sprawl it is today. The church is a truly beautiful peice of architecture, but though immensely peaceful, also fills me with sadness at what has surrounded it.
