They rented a broken bike to us - the thick steel pin under the seat was heavily rusted and when my daughter say on it it snapped and she fell through and hurt herself. When we took the bike back they tried to blame us for it breaking, and rudely accused us of misusing the seat? (The square bolt was almost an inch thick and we hadnt moved or tried to adjust it at all), and said we would be charged for it rather than offering a refund. In the end they gave us a credit note rather than the refund we should have received for a fault bike but not without a fight, however we will not be using them again. To charge how much they charge for bikes that are dangerous and not properly maintained is outrageous.
