Bon Velo

We get our sons bike fixed or new parts put on here regularly. I wouldnt go anywhere else, the service and quality of work is great. They are honest and always get the job done. Fab communication in person, via phone and text to let us know when the bike is ready or if they require anything else. This shop doesnt specifically specialise in BMX bikes however they even took the time to make a custom spoke for my sons wheel. 5 stars and will remain a very happy customer of Bon Velo!

Whoever just served me shouldn't be in customer service. Absolutely AWFUL experience here. I came in to ask for some advice about my kick stand and he told me he wasn't going to give me any as it is a waste of his time and that I should 'google it'. He then proceeded to open the door and asked me to leave. Absolutely shocking and really quite unnecessary. I couldn't recommend this place less.

I brought in my bike with a flat tyre and they 'fixed it' two weeks later and only one ride on my bike I brought it in with the same problem. They couldn't show or tell me what they found in the tyre to make it flat again but were very happy to charge me for it again. Really bad customer service I won't be returning.
