One of the nicest experiences I've ever had in a salon!! Having had a very bad experience elsewhere, leaving me not wanting to get my hair cut for 6 months the POSE team could not have been kinder. When I popped in to book an appointment Lucy was super friendly and helpful. During my appointment, I felt welcomed in straight away, the salon itself is beautiful and then to top it off Jessica did a fantastic job - she was really attentive, listened to what I wanted to achieve and executed the cut and blow-dry perfectly. The hair washing experience is also amazing! I felt very relaxed afterwards. Best hair cut I've had in a very long time. Thank you team POSE, looking forward to my next cut already. After trying so many different salons in London over the years Im so happy to finally find one that Im truly happy with. From the moment I walked in I felt so welcomed and relaxed. Candice took the time to really listen to what I wanted and chatted me through the options in detail. She is so incredibly talented and I am beyond happy with my results for both cut and colour. Also want to mention the amazing scalp massage by Irina - heaven! I cannot wait for my next visit - it was truly the best experience Ive ever had at a salon.
