Falafel baguette was served to me today without the falafel actually being cooked - the sandwich was filled with raw falafel mix! Needless to say, disgusting, and it left me feeling sick. When I raised this withnthe staff, they simply said this is how its served.

NOT VEGAN FRIENDLY WHATSOEVER. I could not believe that in 2023 when I went into this shop, and I asked what plant based food they had, they said NONE! No vegan cakes, no vegan pastries. This company is one to avoid as it is not sustainable the fact all it's sweet foods have dairy in them. Frankly to have this much animal abuse is just so last century. Come on Paul's, get with the times and offer many vegan options and everyone likes vegan cakes and vegan pastries too.
