3 missing stars because:
1. The first time the piece arrived it was mounted upside down.
2. Over a week later it was taken away. Another week passed and it was returned, remounted, however covered in scratches.
.
3. One week later the piece was taken away. It was replaced with another print, and again its covered in scratches, plus as they've mounted it to to the frame they've screwed through the front of the front of the piece.
Sadly this has been a series of poor experiences and have yet to be resolved.
