Fantastic service from these guys, right from the welcome Helen gave us who guided us through the stoves and surrounds and the delivery times. The installation was completed professionally by Alan and his team with no mess left at all so thank you for that. Am absolutely delighted with the result and would highly recommend to anyone thinking of having a stove installed.

After reading the many positive posts I decided to get a survey done with this company. I duly paid my 25 fee and told some one would call me Tuesday to make an appointment - after 6 days - no call, no response to the many messages left on the phone and direct message. Still trying to get my 25 refund!!!

Fantastic service from beginning to end. Really impressed with the clear and informative service in the shop, followed by a thorough, professional installation and removal of all rubbish. We would highly recommend this team to anyone thinking of having a stove installed. All the materials are of an exceptional standard and the after sales service cannot be faulted.
