        Have to say please avoid this place like the plague, comes across as mr nice guy but sold us a car that had previous front end damage and various other issues. Wasnt cheap, and getting hold of this Frazer character was a joke.. seemed to only be available in the evening when showing me the car.. now I know why. I was lucky enough to spend money on car and use as a run around for the wife.. please avoid ..

        Fraser was a friendly guy that knew his stuff, and made part exchanging my old car for a his new one a really smooth process. The car itself was in a very clean and tidy condition, inside and out. I would recommend The Altrincham Motor Centre to anyone looking to buy a new used car.

        Sold us a car that never worked as stated by other customers. The car is parked in our driveway unused. Fraser refuses to reply to our texts and phonecalls. Stay away from this place. Answer: I'm amazed by how quickly you reply on this platform but it's impossible to get hold of you. I know that all I have to do it's replace the battery and it's true that you rescued my car as well as it's true that you offered to replace the battery for free, except the cost of the battery of course. I gave you the money for that battery straightaway and since then (29th of november)you haven't turned up or I haven't received my money back. I'll buy and fit the battery myself but I want my money back. I don't even want to mention that you sold us a car (you said you had it serviced) that couldn't lock and it took you more than 2 weeks to have it repaired, of course in the meanatime no answer from you to texts nor phonecalls. If this is the only way to communicate with you I'll carry on writing on this platform or you can simply reply to my texts or phonecalls
