        Bought a new house with an alarm that had previously been fitted by ACS. It wasn't working as we wanted and we needed zones changing etc. Dave came out and promptly sorted everything to exactly how we wanted it to work. Within 15 minutes he was done and didn't even charge for a call out. Very rare and greatly appreciated. Definitely recommend this business to anyone. 5* service. Service: Technical support

      • Cleveland Mountain Rescue Team

        When one of our CCTV cameras developed a fault we needed to get it fixed quickly. After getting a number of quotes we were fortunate to speak ACS Alarms & CCTV based in Thornaby. They were able to respond quickly and as part of their support for local charities they offered to replace the camera and carry out an inspection / maintenance of our CCTV system free of charge. Dave Thompson arrived today and quickly and efficiently carried out the work and we now have a fully working CCTV system again. Many thanks to Dave and everyone at A.C.S. Alarms for your response and support it is much appreciated by everyone at Cleveland Mountain Rescue. Service: Technical support
