Took my 6 month old Bella to get her first trim today done by Natalie . I had anxiety all day coz its her first time and she isnt one for settling especially because she gets excited around new people. Well I couldnt have been more wrong. She must be a dog whisperer or summit because I picked up and she looks amazing! And was very well behaved throughout! Youve got yourself a customer with me Nat! Thank you so much! My mum is over the moon! Dx

I recently took my dog to Paw Pad for the Give the Dog a Throne groom, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results - Natalie made Humphrey look absolutely adorable with a fresh haircut. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable about pet care, and clearly has a lot of experience with animals, we cant wait to return! In addition to my dog, Natalie has previously trimmed my cats nails and cleaned his ears. She always knows exactly how to handle my pets to make them feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the grooming process.

We have been taking our Lhasa Apso to Natalie for 12 years. Always does an amazing job, he looks and smells beautiful when she has worked her magic. Could not recommend enough

I have a nervous little Pom who wont let anyone touch her rear end, yet she comes away from the Paw Pad clean, beautifully groomed, and happy! Nat is fantastic and loves dogs so much shes an absolute natural with them you know your little one will be safe and beautifully clean when they come back. 100% recommend!
