Carolina made us the most special birthday cake for my wifes 50th. Her cakes are even better than what you see on Instagram! Tasted fantastic and everyone had seconds. Cannot recommend her more highly and will be calling on her services again. I have no connection with her other than a very happy customer.

I commissioned Carolina and her talents for my wedding on 21st May 2022. Carolina, from the beginning, was amazing. I gave her some ideas what myself and my husband were looking for and she took it and made a cake that was above and beyond our expectations. We asked Carolina to make a 3 tier gluten free cake, we went with chocolate and vanilla with raspberry buttercream, which was a tough decision with all the amazing flavours she had to offer. The cake went down with the guests incredibly well, with all guests I spoke to making sure I passed on the compliments to our baker. I cant recommend Carolina enough, shes a local business in South Manchester, making arguably the best cake around. 100% can guarantee Carolina will make your cake dreams come true!

What can I say? AMAZING I ordered an 8inch cake along with some cupcakes but I was a bit anxious because I never use them or ask someone to create me a birthday cake before, but wow. Its looked amazing and taste just as good. The creativity was displayed in the hard work they did, Ill definitely be using them again without any hesitation and I highly recommend them. Definitely worth 5 plus stars
