I had my property with this company. They failed to sell it despite promising to do so in one week. Once I decided to move on, the owner criticised, made fun of us and the property itself, not their own inadequacy in selling it. She is a rude and unpleasant person, a money grabber if you ask me. I would not let her sell a toy box, never mind a property. I hope this helps.

I used this letting agent to take care of my property. Roger Deans staff did not take care of my property and they did not inspect my property on a regular basis to make sure my home was being looked after. Here is my advice to anyone thinking about letting out their property: 1. Carefully select your tenants. Dont assume a reference check will guarantee your tenants paying rent. 2. Carefully select your letting agent. Look at the companys website and reviews. You should make sure the letting agent is an ARLA Licensed Letting Agent. 3. Make sure you receive the signed tenancy agreement and referencing report before the tenants move into your property. 4. Get Landlords Insurance which covers Contents, Buildings, Rent Guarantee and cover for any legal costs. 5. Any repairs that need doing whilst the tenants are living in your property. My advice is to go into your property and look at what actually needs fixing. Make sure you know a reliable tradesperson who can carry out plumbing work and electrical jobs. 6. There are six month tenancy agreements and 12 month tenancy agreements. From my experience, I would opt for a six month tenancy agreement. I hope this review helps anyone who hasnt done this before. Theres no peace of mind by paying for a fully managed service with a letting agent to fully manage your property.
