I visited here a few months ago. Problem was diagnosed and repaired quickly, reasonably priced too, but the man who was attending to my car just came across really p***** off and had a very bad attitude. I told him "The boot needed to be opened from the inside as it's faulty", as I was just about to open the car door to open the boot for him, he then shouted saying "what the hell do you think I am?! I'm not crawling in the back of your car to open the boot!". Even when I arrived there the guy was like "where's the car?" in a rude and abbrupt tone. There was not even a simple "hello". I appreciate you have bad days, but there is no need to take it out on customers.

Not impressed at all... We went to buy a car from this guy, he lied about the old MOT, lied about the tyres... Then said he will do a major service and NOT just 'change a couple of filters', but then did exactly that... Typical car salesman...
