We bought a 2010 model Ford focus from this place. It was an absolute fraud experience for us. The man called Ben told us this car is not imported, we were new in this country and we didnt know that where to check the vehicles information. He gave us a full 12 months MOT with no advisories . The car stopped soon after we reach home, we called Ben, he told us that theres an issue in the battery. Since then the car has many issues, whenever we call for an appointment to get the car inspected, he never gave us an appointment. Now were trying to sell this car , no one is ready to buy this car because it says an imported car in the government site. This place is not trustworthy. I have no idea how can he give full MOT with no advices for a scrap car ..! Buyers beware of this garage.

My Daughter recently bought a car from the Timperley Service Station to the value of 4295. We bought the car from above garage because other people including myself had bought from the garage with no miether before. The car is a lovely car to drive and felt/looked ok when viewing and still is. My Daughter and I were told by the Garage owner that the car would have everything done as required and a new 12 month Mot by the law etc....When signing contracts we never notice all the advisorys on the paperwork coil springs being one to replace and many of other advisorys. My daughter px her old car in good faith which was a runner with mot and valued at 600. My daughter called me to tell me her new car was making a funny noise of which I looked at! (The car didnt have a drop of oil in it )????. I took the car back to the above garage after exchanging phone calls and booked the car in to be repaired (3 weeks out of the 3 month warranty). The oil cooler had broken ??? I was then told it would cost 350 Inc vat to repair. We reluctantly felt we had no choice to have the car repaired so we did. I've not priced the work for the next mot on my daughters car yet but I/we certainly won't be going back to the above garage !!! ABSOLUTE DISGRACE TO THE TRADE !!!
