First class professional service. SDS carried out a shale survey on my property in connection with a sale. From the start they explained exactly what would happen and quickly organised an appointment. The survey was carried out promptly and cleanly. They always answered calls and queries throughout the process promptly and Craig went the extra mile in pushing through the results. I cannot praise their standards of service highly enough. Highly recommended.

The 2 lads worked very hard and were friendly and reassuring. The drilling was very loud but didn't last half as long as we had anticipated. They cleaned up after themselves very well and explained the situation and next steps in plain English. Virtually no mess left and the drilling sites were covered over and finished off with cement very neatly.

I used this company to complete a Shale test on a property I am buying. As first time buyers, they put my mind at ease. I spoke to them a handful of times and each time they kept me updated and apologised that they couldn't attend the property until 10 days later due to work loads. Once the visit was completed they gave me an update on the findings while they were waiting for the official results to return. I called up to query when I would receive the report as I wasn't too sure on time scales, and they sent it through later the same day.
