Calm at Work

I have been having a monthly treatment from Kate since 2020 and would not be without them. My treatment this month was absolutely perfect, she took me from ARGGGGHHHH to ahhhhhh in 60 minutes. I thought I needed a neck, back and shoulder massage to relieve tension, turned out I actually needed a swedish full body massage to chill me out after a difficult morning. Thanks Kate x!

I recently attended one of Kate's Compassionate Communication Masterclasses on zoom. Kate is a master communicator! She explained the material with real clarity and led our small group through each exercise with skill, effectively providing us all with individual attention and coaching. I came away with some real personal insights. Highly recommended, thank you Kate!

I wanted to say, against my preconceptions I will now admit, I found this taster to CC AMAZING! it is hard to change habits of speech and thoughts. I could see the benefit of CC, but thought, 'wow! This isn't easy!'. Then I used the template on a specific HR problem I have. Together with Kate's 1-2-1 session I worked through the issue and I felt so much more positive at the end. I really enjoyed the mindful woodland wander. Kate was so welcoming and very interesting. We took some beautiful photos. This experience was so relaxing. I would definitely recommend it.
