I recently used LK Shipping to send some items to Sri Lanka Via Air cargo in Awrudu season. I was bit worried thinking parcel might not arrive on time.Specilly because of How busy it gets during Awrudu seasons. I Was wrong parcel arrived on time and excact date as promised.And I m really pleased as it was Awrudu gift .Service was very friendly, Reliable ,Fast and professional and the price was really Reasonable.Panduka and Lakmalie was very helpful. Not worthy of receiving even a single star. We were delivered a parcel from Sri Lanka to Perth. They used the courier service DPD. We have been told that the goods will be received on 13th or 14th. We were waiting at home for two days for the delivery. On 14th we received a message from courier service that we will receive the parcel about at 4-5pm. We were waiting at the road. The delivery vehicle just passed without stopping. Then we received the message from the delivery service that the parcel will be delivered on 17th with someones closed door (it is not the our homes door). Even the vehicle didnt stop near the flat. We contacted their office at Manchester and gave the message. They gave us someone else number. We contacted him and delivered the message. Still no response. LK shipping you have the responsibility of delivering the parcel to customers on time.

We have recently shipped some items to Srilanka through LK shipping. Things have arrived on time safe and sound and Jeffry and his team has delivered things to the door. Very good service. Very friendly and reliable. Reasonably priced. Would recommended to family and friends. Only draw back was that we were called to the warehouse in Wattale with documents for custom clearance which we did not expect and was really worried to leave our passport which was an anxious moment. The documents were deleted safely with the delivery of the items. This shouldve been avoided as we need to be in Srilanka to receive the items which is inconvenient. We hope that this issue will be looked at and avoided in the future. I gave them 5***** though as the service is very good
