However, they have a very annoying habit of closing long before the advertised opening hours. Tonight, Google shows a closing time of 10pm, but they were closed an hour earlier.
Your billboard on Thornaby Road might state that you are "Proud to Serve the Local Community", perhaps you should add "When We Can Be Bothered" to improve accuracy.
After several wasted trips this year, I won't be fooled again, and will shop elsewhere.
