I have used Paul's services for the first time after reading reviews online and let me tell you - I'm very glad I did. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and above all, polite honest person. He took the time to explain what he was doing during the boiler service, also I really appreciated his excellent advice on various system faults and other plumbing stuff. After seeing that I had a faulty room thermostat, Paul very kindly offered to replace it with a working one from his van. Paul helped replacing our old boiler and installing the new one last year. He was very responsive in terms of coming down for a site visit in order to quote, and the quote was very reasonable too, so we decided to go with him. When the actual job was carried out it was done very professionally and to a high standard. We contacted him again this year to do the annual boiler servicing and gas safety check. Again he turned up on time, did a very thorough job by checking every single aspect that needs to be covered: detecting any gas leak, servicing boiler, cleaning magnetic filter, checking carbon monoxide detector, ensuring thermostat control works properly etc. For the amount of work carried out at that standard, the price was really competitive. We will continue to use Paul for any boiler related service and we certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs such services.
