        I really enjoy Fiona's classes. She is a great teacher and creates a warm and enjoyable atmosphere to get us into shape!

        Ive been coming to Fionas classes for a few years now and they have made a huge difference to me. I credit them for how well I coped with chemotherapy when I had breast cancer a few years ago. Fiona adapted exercises for my constantly changing physical abilities, and is very encouraging. I can really feel a difference when I dont make it to class!

        Fiona is a terrific teacher and I'm so luck to have found her in Hackney! I've wanted to start a regular pilates practice for years, but never quite found a teacher that struck the right balance of strength/core/stretching for me. Fiona does this perfectly, bringing a calm energy to her classes while making you work hard. She has a keen eye for adjustments and is a teacher who really personalises her classes for each student. Love it and highly recommend for all levels!
