Angels on the Park Nursery

We found the best nursery. We started Angels on the park Nursery in November 2022. We are so happy with Michele. She is really such a lovely. after speaking on the phone with Michele. We couldnt wait to visit the nursery. When we visited. Wow. Its the best nursery. We have visited ever. The best decision we made for our children. We selected Angels on the park immediately and there was space available. We were so lucky. My daughter and my son loves so much the nursery. Thank you so much Michele. Yahya Nuur

We have a toddler and a baby here, and they're loving it. On top of that, we are loving it; the parents' room is a godsend and everybody is very helpful.

Such a great nursery. Both my boys have been there since they were 1 and they absolutely love it. I have been particularly impressed with the small group work they did with my eldest who had speech delay and was quite shy. I saw a huge improvement in his speech and social skills because of this. There are lots of extra activities eg mandarin, yoga, drama, music man. Am leaving London so have to move the boys, but have not found anywhere that matches this nursery!

Where do I start. We had issues from day one and after speaking to a few parents I realised I wasnt alone! i really wish I read their ofsted report which I read later and realised there is a complaint filed against this nursery, Michele who is manager/ owner of this place is incapable of dealing with running a nursery, always apologising for things that couldnt be done correctly, she seemed very in rush to get deposit, I was one day late and she gave my sons place to someone elses kid and we had to start the whole settling in process again, staff are not very well trained, things didnt workout in the end and thankfully we left and I had to remind Michele several times to return the deposit and it took her almost a month to return the deposit, very stressful and irritating process, needless to say I would not recommend this place, end of the day you take your kids to a nursery to reduce stress not to add to it, also one more thing, there is never anyone at the reception which is worrying, they are meant to have cameras on but there is often an issue with cameras too. TAKE YOUR KIDS ELSEWHERE, AVOID.
