Physio and Pilates Central

Simon is a fantastic physio, and very well priced. He identified my issue immediately, and gave me some simple but effective rehab exercises to help me recover quickly, while strengthening up my hamstring. Thanks to Simon's help, I've been pain free since my first session and I was able get back to the gym and running in no time. I would highly recommend!

Thank you, Simon. He is the best physio I have ever met. I've been to a lot of physios (specially in Spain) and none of them have been as good as Simon. First time I went with an injury, that recovered pretty fast with the exercises he gave me. The second time also an injury, but then I decided to ask about some problems that I have been having for years and all those other physios told me I would have to live with it. With the exercises he told me, I have been improving at a pretty good pace. I see the problems I suffered for years would be a problem of the past soon. Worth every penny, and it's quite cheap compared to the physios that make you massage-dependent.

Simon is a fantastic physio and I would recommend him to anyone. I was suffering from back pain and his approach was really effective. Having been to other physios and gotten mixed results, this was a real step above.
