Elsdale Street Surgery

My experience of Elsdale Surgery over the last 5 years has been exceptional. From the doctors to the nurses, the front desk and everyone in between. I have been personally moved by the empathy and kindness of the team, especially one doctor in particular who has been incredibly professional and supportive during some very trying health obstacles. This surgery has quite literally been my most positive interaction with any form of medical professionals in all my 10 years in the UK. I am saddened by the other negative reviews, but I can only speak to my experience. And I am so grateful to have been a part of the Elsdale Surgery during my time in Hackney.

I have been attending the surgery for over 20 years. Ive never had any problems and I feel that the doctors really listen to you. I do like the consults and engaged system they have.

The Surgery is stupidly good. The level of professionalism, care, support and understanding is outstanding. Everyone is really nice and always have a smile. Best Surgery I have ever experienced.

Having been a patient at this practice for over 20 years, I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are kind, patient, considerate and professional. They provided excellent care for my late husband. They always go the extra mile and I cannot thank them enough for the wonderful continuous care.
