        I bought a pair of ski trousers almost 12 months ago. Unfortunately the seams started to fall apart after only 8 days of wear on a ski holiday. I contacted the shop as I didnt have the receipt. They were really helpful and gave a full refund without any questions. I have already bought replacement trousers from them and would certainly recommend as a shop with great customer service.

        I bought a pair of snowboard boots from here last year, service then was good. Just back from my second trip with them and unfortunately the boots have had a couple of manufacturers issues (sole coming off and lacing system falling apart) purchase made 12 months and 10 days ago. Contacted threezero, no quibbles at all, refund made within 24 hrs and theyve just asked that I drop the faulty boots back at my leisure. Would absolutely buy from them again in the future with service like that, shame they havent got my size in stock now!
