Phoned up to complain of rude driver who handed me a parcel then said "Turn it round oh hurry up I have not got time for this" I looked at the parcel he was delivering after asking him to not be rude and the parcel was for next door. Whatever you do don't ring up to complain as the call person wasn't even interested. First bad experience with DPD.

Another recent delivery failure by DPD. I have never had a trouble free delivery from this courier. Lately, they don't even make an attempt at delivery; they simply leave the item at a convenient (for them) collection point, even it's something perishable. Not acceptable.
