Did not turn up first night, now sat here after 9pm waiting. It's now 1 hour outside of delivery window and of course there is no one you can speak to, just a robot chat who repeats- your driver is running late and should be with you shortly. A: I know it's late, I can tell the time. B: He is not with me shortly, or at all. Shoddy service.

I am a bit annoyed regarding this company. They email you to tell you that your address is wrong when they should state the driver ran out of drivers hours and cannot deliver your parcel. The first time this happened, I panicked then after the 3rd time and speaking to the driver he advised they are not allowed to state this. Just be honest delivery company, people hate companies that lie. We are all human and a driver only has only a certain amount of time in the day to deliver parcels. My score is reflecting this service. The drivers are always lovely just the email is misleading they send if the parcel hasn't reached you by 4:30pm. Fingers crossed this might be addressed in the future. Change your email to stop your clients worrying.

Terrible experience, they didnt bother to ask around, call or look at my house. Cant even contact them. It was a very clear address provided to them, i will not try to get orders that use DPD again.

DPD are the absolute worst courier company going. Delivering to businesses out of business hours and turning up for collections without the label they were provided with by the retailer. Honestly avoid at all costs and use ANY other option!!!

Got a delivery slot of 19.19 - 20.19 delivery driver Oliver thought he would say we were not in at 19.56. No one to speak to at dpd and chats all shut. Thanks for the Terrible service dpd
