        Absolutely horrendous. Run by a team who don't care and make constant excuses the lack of experience is a disgrace. Nobody responds follows anything up or has a clue what they're doing Exact same as when it was WDP Needs closing down and a new place with a system that works and experienced people who get life running it The people are worth better The people deserve better. Working in drug & alcohol services is a vocation not a to easy yo get fashion accessory.

        Disgusting behaviour from a team who are supposed to help people. Constantly stand outside my doorway smoking and throwing cigarette butts on the floor - not only are they are a nuisance as they obstruct the gate from families and young mothers with pushchairs, they are littering. We have this on camera! Not the types of characteristics from people you'd expect to see.
