Yanis and his team did an incredible job on a complex and large job renovating the grounds floor of my duplex early Victorian flat. Yanis and his team did a brilliant job. This included moving the boiler, installing sound insulation under the floors, levelling the floors, installing a whole new bathroom and kitchen, essentially reattaching my floors to the wall (it's an old building and he was very reassuring and did a good job!), making the stairs safe, reskimming the plaster and painting the walls. He also went out of his way to show me options for how to refinish the floors/options for tiles/ solutions for my small bathroom etc. I was so appreciative of this extra effort. He also for example ensured that when they installed new piping for the radiators which I had moved, that they installed the necessary piping that would allow me to easily move my upstairs radiators onto the new piping system - just for when I am ready to. He always wanted to ensure that I was happy with the next steps and was very transparent and reasonable about budget and costs. He also worked quickly and with a skilled and trusted team - the whole job took about 6-7 weeks - which was great! He was also considerate of my downstairs neighbours, and when there was some leaking when my pipes were replaced, that damaged the paintwork downstairs, he cleaned and painted it. He explained a lot of the work to me, which was also very useful for me as a novice renovator. Everyone was always very pleasant, hardworking and wanted to ensure they delivered high quality craftsmanship. Couldn't recommend enough!

We chose Yanis and his team after seeking a number of quotes for renovating our flat. We chose BLD because we trusted that Yanis understood the finish that we were looking to achieve - thinking that his referees endorsed. We are completely satisfied he was the right choice for the work. Yanis approach to the finances was completely transparent and without fault throughout. The team - particularly Michael - were helpful and got the jobs done quickly and efficiently. Living in a 70s flat we wanted the finish - paint work, tiling, etc - to be sharp and in keeping with the block. It exceeded our expectations. In fact, after we are installed down lights in the bathroom, Yanis brought the decorator back to repaint a wall he thought was not quite right. We didnt notice, but he did and wanted it to be right. With no cost to us. If we were starting a new project tomorrow, Yanis and BLD would be my first choice.

I received an excellent service from Black Label Decorator. Yanis made himself and his team available to me when I needed, at a fair price. They made sure they did the best they could and had helpful suggestions. They painted my backyard fences and helped with finishing up bits that an other trade hadnt finished properly, they also offered to install a very large artwork back onto the freshly decorated wall. I have already called them back for an other room in the house, and I will call them again in the future. Thank you

I highly recommend Yanis and his team! I found Black Label Decorators through a google search and Yanis quickly came by my flat to give me some suggestions and a quote for painting the inside of my flat. He had a fantastic solution to cover up some exposed wiring and it was clear from the start he was going to do a careful and professional job. All the work was done while I was away on holiday and Yanis stayed in touch throughout by sending me photos of progress. When I came back, everything was put back into place and the flat was cleaner than when I left it! They did a beautiful job and Im so pleased with the result. Cant recommend highly enough and I would definitely use them again for anything else I needed done. Thank you!
