Went yesterday with my sister in law from Spain. Came in 1 MIN before closing and they were kind enough to serve us, and very friendly! My SIL got a hot chocolate and I got a chai latte - and when I tell you it was the BEST CHAI LATTE I have ever tasted. If you want the best tasting chai latte, make sure Daisy makes it for you - chefs kiss!

Food is great but the customer service is outstandingly awful. My friend and I came for coffee and pastries and were treated as if we had done something bad. Wont come back to this Gails location again.

Great shop this one. I know Gails has grown and some folk dont like that. I get it. But they are really good at what they do and this branch is particularly lovely. The team are super friendly and that makes all the difference.
