Even given Covid, there is no excuse for absolutely no contact from Solar Upholstery. After dropping off 4 seat pads in March 2021 and confirming with Mike that these would take approximately 6 weeks to complete, the seat pads were not recovered at all. I understand that there may have been problems with staff shortages but this does not excuse the disgraceful lack of response and complete disregard as to customer service. After many email appeals for updates (the phone is never answered) and an actual visit to the business in an attempt to get an update, I was promised that Mike who was not there at the time, would call me back within the hour, this did not materialise. After another week, I eventually gave up and went back to the business to retrieve the seat pads. I am now looking for another upholsterer. I loathe leaving bad reviews, but cannot let this kind of appalling service go without warning others. If Solar wish to contact me to discuss further, they are welcome, they have my contact details!

I'm sorry to say it hasn't been good. I emailed and tried to call in March. No reply. I visited in May and met some really helpful people but there's been no contact since. I try to avoid posting negative reviews but in this case I suggest you visit and then make your own decision
