        Arrived 9am as urgently needed car key battery. Waited half hour, nothing. Called customer service, nothing. Social media messaged, nothing. Wasted 1/2 hour of my life then had to drive 12 miles out of my way to next branch

        Had 2 front door keys & a garage door key cut. Had to take garage door key back because it didn't fit into the lock. They recut key FOC & it fitted perfectly.
