We had an alarm system installed by Custom Fire & Security after a personal recommendation in 2019, the team was very professional, punctual, extremely well mannered and incredibly helpful. We since just had our annual maintenance and agin cannot fault them especially during these unprecedented corona-virus times. Just wanted to commend you on your team, we had an engineer (Ben) visit today and he was excellent, very polite and a real credit to your organisation. He fully operated in the agreed scenario 2 that ensured he was wearing PPE and maintained a minimum 2 metre distance.

I worked for this company for a short time and was left very disappointed in the owners attitude towards quality and workmanship. The large staff turnover was alarming to me and couldn't supply consistency on job sites. I felt uncomfortable about the use of second hand equipment as the customer seemed under the belief that it was brand new. I would advise anyone thinking of using this firm to get a clear breakdown of the equipment and service they are receiving for the price quoted.

I would highly recommend Custom Fire & Security for your home security needs. We recently had security cameras installed. The engineers were very professional. We were kept posted about their ETA on the day. Installation was impeccable with a great knowledge on the technology used. Very well mannered too which is always important.
