I called Sani Solutions and they had an engineer arrive the next day. The engineer replaced the leaking pipe and serviced the Saniflo unit. He was thoroughly professional and a credit to the company.

During that three weeks we needed a basic bathroom mixer tap replaced they quoted 234.00 I bought a tap for 35 and had a handyman fit it for 50 in an hour.
There was no proof of the temp fix on the invoice for the shower and I dont recall it being a tempory fix as we had purchased a new control unit if it needed replacing... They did return after complaining and diagnosed a valve issue which could of been diagnosed the first time around...
They advised a new valve was required and they would try and find one... After days of waiting I messaged a chaser to them to be told they could not find one as it is an unbranded control unit...They could of told me that within hours. On each occasion I've had to chase them for an answer or complain to get them back out.
They have since advised they can't replace shower control units as they require additional tiling work...
Yesterday we had a proper bathroom plumber out who diagnosed the problem and is fitting a with a new control unit being fitted today.
I won't use these guys again
