        Ridiculous waiting time. So many people waiting. What is wrong with them. Utterly useless. The old lady working on the till is also rude. I simply asked how long it would be (one guy infront of me ended up leaving) and enjoyed a sarcastic response from her. I think that Lloyd's Pharmacy need to visit this store and provide some customer service training. Waiting almost half an hour is in no way acceptable and being given curt replies from the staff is awful. Given the option you should ALWAYS find an alternative. Whilst waiting a lady sat next to me asked how much linger - apparently she had been back no less than 3 times! Incompetence of the highest magnitude.

        Great pharmacy with good selection of toiletries etc. Very friendly staff, private room for vaccines and any advice if needed. Have found that theyre closed at lunchtimes.
