I have known Simon for some years. Having managed to lose a hearing aid, I needed new ones as the lost one could not be replaced. Simon is very pleasant and easy to deal with. He is also very patient and explains everything clearly. There was a problem with one of the aids, but it was all sorted quickly with no hassle for myself. Follow up appointments are made regularly.

First class personal friendly service from Simon and Heather . I have a severe hearing loss and have worn hearing aids for over 40 years ,in my opinion anyone can sell Hearing aids ,but the most important area is the after care service .For the last 12 years Simon and Heather have provided the most incredible care, nothing is too much trouble, always ready to listen to any issues I might have and to find a solution . I have recently joined the 21st century and purchased a pair of rechargeable aids and I am delighted with them and with knowledge that if I do have any problems help and support is only a phone call away..

After years of having uncomfortable ear washes at various clinics, I can honestly say this was the most relaxing and easiest Ive ever had , Simon was professional, giving advice regarding the procedure ( which I had never been informed of before) and a really nice guy as well . 10 stars from me . I would not hesitate to go back again if the need arises . I would Definitely recommend 2 county hearing to friends and family.
