        Made an appointment with Chris, but when day of booking came and I hadnt heard from him, I got in touch to ask if he was still coming. He then replied to say that he was stuck at a job, so I asked if he would like to reschedule. Never heard back from him. Poor customer service, poor time keeping and poor communication.

        I called Chris with an electrical problem with my VW Golf. Chris answered his phone ( so many go to answerphone) and listened to my issue and agreed a day to come and look at it - he arrived on the day, worked out what the problem was, ordered the part and came back and fitted it. Amazing!! It's so great to now have a local reliable car mechanic. I will put all my car maintenance / repairs through him - thanks Chris.

        I can really recommend Chris as a first class no nonsense mechanic who sorted out an earth problem on my MR2 and starter motor on my Nissan Navara - all done promptly and efficiently and to the quoted price - I will certainly be using Chris as my go to guy in future - thanks Chris
