        An amazing school with great community spirit. I've made lots of friends over the years and would recommend to anyone who is thinking of taking there first steps in to the world of martial arts, Or indeed if your looking for something new Stephen Lamberth (the instructor) is an incredibly welcoming person. The tae kwon do is amazing quality and self defence skill you can learn are incredible useful.

        Our Daughter started just over a year ago and absolutely loves Taekwondo. Master Stephen Lamberth has been such a great instructor for her and the club has a very family friendly and welcoming atmosphere about it. It is down to Master Lamberth and his group of black belts that my Daughter excels in the way that she does, and she has graded to blue belt in just 15 months. Master Lamberth has provided great support throughout lockdown and we can't thank him enough... We highly recommend this club.

        A great friendly club for adults and kids. A fantastic way to get fit whilst learning a martial art along side a group of decent people. I think you'll struggle to find a better instructor too.

        I practiced for 4 years in TKD before moving to Bournemouth. Unfortunately I couldnt find anything suitable to my needs and stopped training, which totalled 7 years in the end. When I got the incurable itch to train again I looked around extensively and found Master Lamberths school most suitable to offer what I needed for the development of my art from where I left off. I find the atmosphere great where I can enjoy the comradery, and get pushed hard to excel at the syllabus work and developing my self defence and fighting techniques. Even though Im starting to get on in years I always find myself pushing hard to accomplish the next step of my training because I enjoy it so much. Its great to be a part of what must be the biggest club in the country. I highly recommend SLTKD and SLAMA. Come along and join us. Im sure you wont be disappointed.
