Great business with exceptional customer service. I ordered completely the wrong pallet truck... I realised when it arrived. Called Manutan to see if I could swap it for another more suitable model, and I offered to pay for restocking and delivery charges. The help desk said there were no extra charges, they were happy to swap it over to ensure I had the item I needed. A new more suitable pallet truck arrived next day, initial one collected the following working day to give me time to pack it. And all done with a cheery good nature on the phone at Manutan ( a real person, woo hoo!). Brilliant service and we will be using for all our business hardware from now on. Thanks.

Ordered an 18inch fan from here after the one from Amazon was damaged and had to be returned. very good price (cheaper than Amazon warehouse) and great quality and next day delivery as promised
