We used Environmental Drain Services to install a mini sewage processing plant. We were really impressed by the way in which the company handled the entire process. The work was carried out in a professional and efficient manner with every care being taken to tidy the site at each stage. In particular, we would highlight the friendly and hard working installation team who spent the week with us. EDS have recently completed quite a complex refashioning of our drainage system with demolition of old installations and insertion of modern compliant systems; and all in our back garden. The whole experience was customer focussed from planning, correspondence, availability and the workmanship of the team that did the digging! A completely professional company whom I would unhesitatingly recommend.

From the initial enquiry and consultation to subsequent communications with the office via email and to the team on-site, the whole experience has been exceptional. We were very happy that EDS could fit us in so quickly and extremely happy with the installation guys who went above and beyond to put in the time and effort to leave everything as they found it. EDS did an excellent job for us.

EDS installed a Klargester biodisc system at my mum's house in 2003. The work was carried out professionally and efficiently. All we have needed to do since is empty it and check it over. In 2021 we invited EDS back to do a condition and compliance report which was also handled very well. This is an excellent company.
