just had a call from them to cancel my appointment, which seems to be a common trend here, and rebooked. They cancelled my hygienist appointment last year and i never rebooked. upon trying to rebook, they told me my deposit i had paid on my previous appointment was no longer there as i had missed the appointment they had booked without me knowing. never missed an appointment in my life and they wont do anything to rectify THEIR mistake.

Completely unfair dentist, after missing an appointment (which I completely understand is frustrating) but due to the death of a close family member and having some very important things happening, calling the dentist to cancel the appointment went over my head, after ringing up today I found that I have been told Im not welcome back and on top of that I had to ask to be refunded the money I had pre-paid for my appointment. Even after telling the receptionist of my situation I was told to go somewhere else. Im not one to complain but I am pretty blown away by this response after being a life long patient and wonder honestly how this can be acceptable.

My second emergency appointment was here and have to say they were much more through and helpful than the first place I went to. The dentist seemed very good and unfortunately I was late due to breaking down outside the practice, they still let me have my appointment and let me stay in the warm and dry whilst I arranged for the RAC to come out. Lovely people. Would highly recommend

What a disgrace of a Dentist all the staff have no manners. They are very rude! I have had to make a few formal complaints to NHS. The treatment and service lacks care! Don't trust this Dental practice!

Really disappointed by very unprofessional dentist today ! My daughter has trauma after teeth removal at hospital couple months ago . She is 8 years old and was scared ! Dentist asked me to point which teeth is the problem with When my daughter was scared to open her mouth Dentist told her that she will have to go for treatment to hospital Also made us aware she has another patient in 5 min times ! My son was removed from patients list. He missed appointment by mistake last Wednesday because of the changes due lack of staff ,but when we attend for appointment and we have been told its cancelled because his dentist left we have to accept ! Nobody bothered to inform us . As NHS patient I really felt like rubish! My daughter was crying all way back home , shame on you ! Big thanks to dentist assistance for doing her best to help me convince my daughter . Very pleasant and helpful lady .
