I rang up for an urgent appointment and the very helpful receptionist managed no get me one. Henry saw me and was very thorough explaining about procedures etc. He had quite a task clearing my big wax build up but it was done and very satisfactory. Very efficient, professional and extremely pleasant to deal with. I will come again when required.

Went there with an ear full of wax, they are great, have all the up to date tech. They soon cleared my ear of annoying wax with a vacuum device. Good friendly place, very efficient

I visited the Verwood Clarity hearing office at short notice with severe hearing loss. My appointment was with Katherine and within a very short time my hearing was restored with no fuss or bother. Katherine was amazing and such a friendly person. She gave me all the advise to try and avoid problems in the future, and I will continue to have regular treatment at this surgery. Thank you Katherine and thank you Fiona for your pleasant way and fitting me in. The world is a different place now, noisier, but better.

When I had a sudden onset of intense discomfort and distorted hearing due to a buildup of wax, they agreed to slot me in at short notice despite their very busy schedule. Am I ever grateful! The staff are friendly and professional. I can personally recommend Katherine, who listened when I said that I have unnaturally narrow ear canals and offered me microsuction. It didn't hurt at all and totally saved my bank holiday! Thank you!
