Dr Doggett is really good 5 stars for him..the nurses really good too the rest of the practice is badly run disorganised, can't find things gets prescriptions regularly wrong and really difficult and unhelpful especially the secretary

Been at this surgery since moving to the island. Very prompt, polite and you can actually get an appointment when you call up without a lengthy wait! Disabled parking directly outside, however for others you have to park in and around the area, which is free. The pharmacies are located in the town approx 400 + yards away!

If there was a no stars option that's the one id have picked. Since living here the past nearly 3 years they've put our address wrong and had letters going to another house after asking repeatedly they change it and even being told to my face the lady was changing it while I was there which she clearly did not It was only when mentioned by a health visitor they finally changed it ! We have 3 children so it's obvious these letters aren't just going to affect us. There now merging doctors or whatever and have sent us now 4 times to the wrong place our newborn baby as gone to attend 3 appointments for his 6 week jabs which are overdue and there's always a problem after paying the bus fare to get there excuses like they can't open his file, his appointment was booked for a different time (which I know is a lie as it was written down) just excuse after excuse! Doctors as I've seen great! Everyone else a bloody joke completely incompetent.
