Jack is absolutely wonderful! I called him late one night as my power switch kept tripping. I was anxious but he was calm and reassuring and went through everything with me. He then called first thing the next morning to see if there were still problems and there were so he came out by 9,30 that morning to check it. He identified that it was linked to a damaged cable to the cooker and isolated that socket. He managed to book me in just a couple of days later. He had to lift floor boards in order to lay a new wire. He was efficient, neat, thorough and happy to answer any questions I had and explain what needed doing. He also fitted two new smoke detectors that connect direct to mains electricity and repaired a connection to an overhead light. One of the most important things about Jack is that he is polite. personable and professional and I felt comfortable having him in the house. This is an excellent service and very good value.
