        My tour operator had given me no reminder that I needed a visa for the booked holiday plus then gave me incorrect information that I had to go to London in person, that I needed bank statements, signed paperwork by Public Notary etc etc. I phoned Cuba Visa in a panic and they were super helpful, explained everything and my visa arrived the next day. Faultless service
