Firstly I'm only giving 1 star as it's the lowest rating you are able to give I'm disgusted with this cab station I booked a cab was late so I kept calling and my call was just calling out over an hour of the time I booked the cab I gave up calling and I never even got a call back from them shocking seriously angry got a warning at work as I was over an hour late no happy at all

Please avoid. Save yourselves. Terrible Terrible Terrible. After booking a cab 24 hours in advance. I received a call 6 hours before my scheduled pick up and was greeted by a very rude and abrupt abdul (not the operative I booked with) who claimed to be the owner of this business. He was shouting in very poor English how many passenger how many luggage telling me that the price had to increase to accommodate the number of passengers. (This had all been discussed and sealed 24hours prior) after letting Abdul know I found him to be very rude he began to get loud and speak erratically telling me Ive used him 3 times before (Ive never used this service before) I said Ive never used you and there must be a language barrier he told me if Im a driver then I shouldnt use his cab. Very rude, aggressive and quite intimidating. A level of professionalism Mr Abdul and better listening skills. 0 customer services. P.s I gave 1 star because there was no option of 0.
