I booked a room over a month ago. Three days before my arrival they send me a message that they have to cancel my reservation due to a problem that they do not specify, and that they cannot give me another room because the hotel is full. I insist, 3 days before with what that entails.
If you don't want to risk running out of accommodation days before, don't book here.
